Cwmbach Farm consists of two self catering holiday lets. The Cottage sleeps 7 (8) people and The Barn 2 people. The buildings date back to the early 1800's and are located close to the town of Crickhowell, between Brecon and Abergavenny, in Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, previously called the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales.

The properties sit within a small valley and are surrounded by open countryside. (Wonderful Video footage of the properties and surrounding countryside) Within the boundary walls are large beautiful cottage gardens and are ideal for childern to play in.

Both properties are ideal for people seeking a relaxing holiday. Their location is also well suited for those enjoying outdoor activities such as walking, caving, mountain biking or cycling. The village of Llangattock is 1.5km away and Crickhowell is 2.0km away.

We do take one medium sized dog in each property. Each dog has to be over 1 year in age and house trained. There is an additional fee also. At present we do not have electric car charging facilities at the properties. We are looking into installing such facilities and may have something in the future
The disused tram line running from the canal to the escarpement are located behind the property. One of Europes biggest cave systems can be found in the escarpement and its an enjoyable walk through the Craig-Y-Cilau Nature Reserve to access one of the biggest entrances to the caves. The Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal is located close by with many historic features from this era within walking distance of the house.

The area also offers many attractions and events throughout the year, from festivals and shows to farmers markets and attractions such as Big Pit, The national Coal Museum and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. click here
